One of our senior admissions advisors. Between them they've sat in thousands of these conversations, more than 4,500 since 2023 alone, so whatever your student's situation, they've almost certainly seen a version of it before.
They come at it from unusual angles, too. Our founder was a two-sport athlete at Northwestern on a full scholarship who stayed for a master's from its journalism school, then built an Emmy-winning sports-media company before he began guiding families in 1997. One of our senior advisors produced and directed Big Ten Conference campaigns that aired on ABC, CBS and ESPN, has spent three decades in and around higher education, and has walked three of his own children through admissions. You might also meet a CPA who served as president of HelloCollege and can talk about paying for college as fluently as getting into it, or a former Executive Director of Admissions who spent years reading applications from the other side of the desk. Two of our advisors hired us for their own kids before they ever worked here.
