Dr. Bruce Watson is a seasoned college admissions and recruitment professional with over a decade of experience in higher education and a doctorate in Educational Leadership. A former admissions director and admissions consultant, Bruce brings deep expertise in college recruitment strategies and admissions policy to the team at HelloCollege. His doctoral research, which analyzed 20 years of national college enrollment data, has been published by the University of Arizona.

Bruce has held leadership roles across multiple institutions, including the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona, where he served as Director of Recruitment for graduate business programs. His expertise in business student recruitment ranges from undergraduate programs to top-ranked MBA programs.

Bruce is also extensively trained in marketing, communications, and recruitment, having served as a Senior Marketing Manager for Arizona State University’s College of Education.
