Amulya Addepalli

Amulya grew up in Palatine, Illinois, where her natural ability to connect with others quickly became one of her most defining traits. From a young age, she demonstrated a unique talent for understanding people and making them feel at ease, a skill that extended seamlessly into her love for the outdoors and sports. Amulya’s enthusiasm and playful spirit quickly translated into her falling in love with working with others. 

These qualities led her to seek a wide variety of opportunities throughout highschool including tutoring various grades throughout and being an AP biology TA as a senior. In addition, Amulya was on the executive board for her high schools debate team after placing first at state and was the Co-president of HOSA after being able to go to the international competition all four years. Amulya also was able to work in labs at UIUC and Feinberg Medical College for three years. 

Her passion for making everything fun, coupled with her open-mindedness allows her to turn even the most challenging topics into engaging and accessible experiences. This talent for simplifying complex concepts not only made her a go-to person among her peers but also laid the groundwork for her deep love of tutoring. 

In her tutoring role, Amulya’s youthful perspective provides her with a fresh understanding of high school rigor in all its facets. She has the ability to help students navigate everything from punctuation errors to intricate biological processes. Her approach is both supportive and insightful, ensuring that students feel confident and understood in their learning journey. With her blend of expertise, empathy, and a touch of silliness, Amulya wants all students to have a meaningful journey towards their optimum self.
