Today I came in to fill in for my mom who had a prior commitment and my sister who had “too much homework.” They truly missed a great presentation that they won’t get anywhere else. As a current college student who started just after the pandemic, I wish I would have had resources like these!

The presentation was very informative. I needed a base in the event I actually have to start the loan process. I cosigned for my step daughter for her college and now she is in the military paying it back. I needed to make sure my husband and I had the resources available for my daughter. This was a great intro!

College Admission Seminars
Why should you attend our workshops?
Our college planning workshops are designed to simplify the college admissions process. This 60-minute workshop will empower you to take control of college planning. In workshops, you will learn about best practices, key deadlines and how to succeed.
In our workshops, we answer questions like:
- What do colleges look for, and how do you optimize your child’s positioning?
- What are your options for paying for college—grants, loans, scholarships—and how do you minimize your potential out-of-pocket costs?
- What goes into writing a great essay and submitting a strong application?

Admissions
First, we assess the right path for each student and how to maximize their odds of getting into a top-choice school. We discuss how to create a strong college list, review essays and other admissions requirements.

Paying for College
We help you understand the landscape of college payment options such as financial aid, grants and loans. Learn how to minimize out-of-pocket costs and how to navigate merit- vs. need-based aid, understand your EFC and fill out the FAFSA.

Career Success
We go over strategies that will help your child build a solid resume and land a good internship. We discuss career planning, choosing the right major and what to look for in a school.
