Chelsea Zimmerman

Chelsea is a licensed school counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting students through the college admissions process, with a track record that spans highly selective institutions, large public universities, and international schools. Her students have earned admission to institutions such as Tufts, Rochester, UT Austin,  Case Western University, University of Georgia and Indiana University. 

Her work is not defined not just by outcomes, but by who she serves. Chelsea specializes in supporting first generation college students, late bloomers, and students who may feel unmotivated or uncertain about their future. She has a unique ability to meet students where they are, whether they are high-achieving scholars or students at risk of not graduating, and guide them toward meaningful, achievable next steps. 

Affectionately known as the “Idea Fountain” (it’s actually an award she won), Chelsea is recognized for her creativity, resourcesfulness, and ability to “find a way out of no way”. She leverages this mindset to design personalized, strategic approaches to college planning, especially for students who don’t come in with a clear roadmap. 

Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that there is no single path to success. Instead, she champions multiple pathways and works to help each student define success on their own terms. Through a combination of practical guidance, honest conversations, and thoughtful strategy, she helps students uncover their “why”, build confidence, and take ownership of their future. 

Chelsea lives in beautiful Savannah, Georgia and in her free time enjoys being the world’s greatest auntie, attending concerts, and watching true crime.
