Diamar Payano

Diamar Payano is a multi-faceted designer and illustrator with over 15 years of experience crafting thoughtful, high-impact creative across digital, print, and in-store environments. Her love for art began the moment she picked up a pencil as a child (she dreamed of becoming a Disney illustrator!) and never really stopped.

Professionally, her career kicked off as a Visual Artist, designing window displays and in-store installations for iconic brands like J.Crew, Bloomingdale’s, and Anthropologie. That hands-on experience taught her how to build immersive brand moments from the ground up. She later launched her own business offering custom stationery, illustrations, and live art services for events, which led to exciting partnerships with Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, and Bloomingdale’s as a live event illustrator.

In recent years, She has freelanced across industries and scale, bringing campaigns to life for powerhouse brands like L’Oréal, Unilever, Shiseido, and Chewy. Her work spans everything from e-commerce graphics and paid ads to packaging, product design, presentations, and 360° campaigns.

Her approach is rooted in collaboration, curiosity, and a love for storytelling through design. Whether it’s a single asset or a full campaign, She aims to create work that not only looks beautiful—but feels intentional and true to the brand. Though she took a different route than the Disney dream, her work still blends artistry, storytelling, and just the right touch of magic.
