Michael Broderick is an experienced education consultant and operations strategist with more than 20 years of leadership in admissions, enrollment management, and institutional growth. He advises schools and families on strategic planning, recruitment strategy, operational efficiency, and student success initiatives. Michael has held senior leadership roles including Director of Operations and Director of Admissions & Financial Aid, where he led enrollment growth initiatives, strengthened institutional partnerships, and improved organizational systems through data-driven decision-making. His work consistently focuses on measurable outcomes — increasing enrollment, enhancing retention, optimizing financial aid strategy, and aligning operational structures with long-term growth goals. In addition to his institutional leadership experience, Michael founded and manages an independent educational consulting practice supporting more than 1000 families in the college planning process. He has conducted over 200+ college visits, giving him firsthand insight into institutional positioning, admissions trends, and competitive landscape strategy — experience he now leverages in advisory engagements. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps and Army Reserves, Michael brings mission-focused leadership, accountability, and resilience to his consulting work. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and remains active in professional organizations including the Independent Educational Consultants Association and the Harvard Principals Center.
