With 20 years in college counseling and former roles as Director of Admissions & Financial Aid, Michael is an experienced admissions strategist who has helped students gain acceptance to top universities including MIT, Harvard, Yale, UPenn, Columbia, UChicago, Michigan, NYU, and Carnegie Mellon.
Michael Broderick is a veteran college admissions strategist with more than 20 years of experience in college counseling and enrollment leadership. A former Director of Admissions & Financial Aid and Assistant Director of Admissions, he has helped more than 1,000 students navigate the college application process and earn admission to many of the nation’s most selective universities, including MIT, Harvard, Yale, UPenn, Columbia, UChicago, Michigan, Vanderbilt, Georgetown, Amherst, Boston College, NYU, and Carnegie Mellon.
In addition to his admissions leadership, Michael is an experienced education consultant and operations strategist specializing in enrollment growth, admissions strategy, and organizational performance. He has conducted more than 200 college visits and brings deep expertise in highly selective admissions, Northeast colleges, student-athletes, and international applicants.
A former NCAA athlete and veteran of the United States Marine Corps and Army Reserves, he brings disciplined, mission-focused leadership to his work with students, families, and educational organizations. Michael is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and remains active in professional organizations including the Independent Educational Consultants Association.
