Raymond Gonzales

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Raymond is a first-generation college graduate who has inspired his family and friends to take that leap towards college.

With a diverse educational background, Raymond possesses a Master’s Degree in Education: Human Development from Harvard University and a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Pennsylvania, and Master’s Degree in Social Work: Southern California. This provides him a unique skill set to guide students through the highly selective college admissions process. Raymond’s expertise extends from healthcare client relations as an Account Manager at Assist America to supervising complex scenarios in high-pressure situations as a Case Manager.

As a Senior Level Tutor at Eye Level Learning Centers, Raymond has successfully tutored students in Algebra and Language Arts, combining in-person and virtual modalities. His global experience includes serving as a UN Youth Advocate in New Delhi, India, supporting UNDP project activities related to youth.

Raymond’s dedication to public health is evident through roles such as Research Intern at the World Health Organization and various positions at the Department of Public Health in San Jose, California. Additionally, as a Senior Operations Manager at MRG Associates, he demonstrated strong leadership, managing all aspects of a wholesale diamond firm.

Raymond strongly believes that education is the key to unlocking a person’s full potential. Throughout his own educational journey, he has witnessed the transformative power of receiving guidance and support. It has helped him achieve his academic goals and empowered him to grow as an individual. This personal experience has instilled a deep desire to provide similar opportunities for students and families.
